Electronic Waiver and Release of Liability

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation:
   I am voluntarily participating in the 732 CrossFit x Anti Social Athletes Club Same-Sex 3's Competition. I understand that this competition involves strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio, and other functional fitness movements.

2. Inherent Risks:
   I acknowledge that participating in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, dehydration, heat exhaustion, cardiac events, and other serious injuries or medical conditions, which may result in permanent disability or death.

3. Personal Responsibility:
   I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any concerns about my health or fitness.

4. Equipment and Environment:
   I acknowledge that equipment, surfaces, and environmental factors may pose risks, including but not limited to equipment failure, uneven surfaces, and other unforeseeable hazards.

Waiver and Release of Liability

By checking the box below, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, agree to the following:

1. Waiver of Claims:
   I hereby waive, release, and discharge 732 CrossFit, Anti Social Athletes Club, their owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the competition, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or economic losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Indemnification:
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 732 CrossFit and Anti Social Athletes Club from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this competition.

Photo and Media Release

By checking the box below, I grant permission to 732 CrossFit and Anti Social Athletes Club to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the competition for promotional, advertising, or other purposes without compensation or additional consent.

Electronic Signature

I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. By ticking the box below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily waiving my legal rights and accepting the terms outlined above.

This waiver must be completed electronically prior to the event. Failure to agree will result in disqualification from participation.
