* Workout starts with Athlete 1 on the ski erg, once athlete 1 finished 500/400 m on the ski, they move on to the row and athlete 2 can get on the ski.
** Athletes need to finish 500/400 m on the ski/row before moving on to the next erg.
*** Once the 1500/1200 m is done on the ski/row, all athletes can rotate on the Echo Bike

We’re just days away from the 732 x ASAC Throwdown Series, and we can't wait to welcome you all for a fun-filled day of fitness, competition, and community! Below is everything you need to know to help you feel fully prepared for the event.
Venue & Parking

Upon arrival, our event crew will be on hand to direct you into the gym. We’ve set aside a designated chill-out area for athletes to relax between workouts, so feel free to bring camping chairs or anything else to keep comfortable throughout the day.
Parking:
Parking is available nearby at:
Dovecote Way (Corner of Dovecote Way), Barwell, LE9 8EX
Event crew members will be stationed at the parking area to guide you to the venue. Please allow around 5 minutes to walk from the car park to the gym.
Event Schedule
• 08:00–08:30: Athlete Arrival & Check-In
• 08:30: Workout 1 Briefing
• 09:00: Workout 1 Begins
There will be four scored workouts across three events throughout the day.
We expect to wrap up with podium presentations by approximately 16:00.
What to Bring
To ensure you’re ready for the day, please remember to pack:
• Weightlifting shoes (if you use them)
• Skipping rope
• Hand wraps or grips (if you use them)
• Lifting belt (if you use it)
• Camping chair or seating
• Food and water
