COMPLETING THE WORKOUTS
Workouts can be submitted in any order, freeing you up to choose how you want to complete them. There are videos with each workout that explain the standards.
**DEADLIFT WORKOUT**
Please ensure you show the weights that are loaded onto the bar and ensure the whole bar is in the video all of the time.
VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
Please use the app WODProof to submit your videos. If you are unsure of how to use the app, please speak to SSgt Kinnear or Sgt Morath in 8 AES and they will be glad to assist where they can.

You can break the reps up as you see fit, however, the workout must be bookended with the 60 cal rows.
