Fire Throwdown is a Same Sex Pairs CrossFit Competition aimed at all abilities.

​This is a One Day Event consisting of 3 - 4 Workouts + Cut to Final.

You will be tested in a multitude of areas of Fitness.

Movement Guidelines can be found below:
​Chest to bar Pull ups, Toes to bar, Handstand Pushups, Double Unders, Muscle ups (final),  Barbell movements up to 60/40

Time: 09:00 for athlete briefing and competition start at 09:30
