Fire Throwdown is a Same Sex Pairs CrossFit Competition aimed at all abilities.
This is a One Day Event consisting of 3 - 4 Workouts + Cut to Final.
You will be tested in a multitude of areas of Fitness.
Movement Guidelines can be found below:
Chest to bar Pull ups, Toes to bar, Handstand Pushups, Double Unders, Muscle ups (final), Barbell movements up to 60/40
