This summer, grab 2 friends and throwdown in a classic Napalm Team Competition!

Same-sex, 3-person teams - this is an accessible-but-challenging competition designed for Intermediate CrossFitters! The standards below are indicative of required strength and skill.

All team members should be able to lift:

Ground-To-Overhead: UP to 60/40kg barbells and single 22.5/15kg DB's

One team member should be able to perform:

Double-unders

Toes-to-bar

Chest-to-bar (males) / chin-over-bar (females)

The event will be starting at 9am with podiums and prizes before 4pm
