Masters assemble!

We are very excited to host the legends of fitness to CrossFit Colchester once more with this mixed sex pairs competition.

The competition will run 12pm – 5pm on Saturday 10th September and is for mixed pairs with a combined age of 70 years and over (both athletes must be at least 30 years of age on comp day).

This is a CFC Events ‘Category One’ event and you can find the movement standard below. This competition is for EVERYONE and for all abilities.

Our podium will be draped in prizes from our sponsors and the winning duo will take home £200!
