The Lowdown:

'24' - A 24 hour WODathon
WHEN - Saturday 14th May, workout 1 starts 8am 
WHERE - Dauntless Fitness, Whiteley Road, Blaydon, NE21 5NJ
WHAT - One benchmark or hero WOD on the hour every hour for 24 hours

WHO - Individual or Teams of 3 (any mix of M/F) - all abilities welcome 
First WOD kicking off at 8am Saturday 14th May, last WOD 7am Sunday 15th May
Raising money for St Oswalds Hospice 

All workouts have been programmed as both individual OR teams of 3

Individuals - purchase your ticket using the link below. You will receive a follow up email with a link to book your chosen slot. 
Teams of 3 - each individual member of the team must purchase a ticket to get involved. You will receive a follow up email with a link to book your chosen slot - each individual must book their place on the teams chosen time slot. This is so we have visibility of how many athletes to expect each workout window. 

If you decide you'd like to complete the whole 24 hours, or more than 4 workouts, please feel free to stay and get involved. Just book your initial slot & we can book you into further workouts on the day if needed.

Like all class programming, there will be progressions with weights / movements to cater for all levels & abilities. It is a great opportunity to challenge yourself physically & mentally alongside fellow members as well as athletes from across the region.

Refreshments, snacks, raffle, workout prizes & games available from 8am onwards
Entry is £25 per person - includes an event t-shirt.

Step 2 - Once purchase is complete, email us at info@dauntlessfitness.co.uk to confirm your name and email address. We will send a link to sign the waiver and confirm your t-shirt size which is included in your ticket price
Step 3 - You will receive an email within 24 hours of sign up with a link to book your 4 hour slot. Please read the waiver & book your chosen time. 
Step 4 -  We'll send you some teasers for the workouts in the run up to the day on our socials so keep your eyes peeled! Turn up 15-20 mins before your first workout to warm up and HAVE FUN!
