The London Throwdown 2021 is a mixed team of 4 challenging but inclusive classic CrossFit throwdown.

Teams compose of 2 male and 2 female with teams coming from London and the surrounding areas. This year there will be no seeding qualifier. Teams will complete 4 Workouts on the day with the overall leading team to be crowned Londons Fittest.

The level of competition is intermediate. In each team of 4 there should be at least 2 athletes that can perform at class RX'd level. There will be no Pistols, Muscle ups, handstand walking or HSPU's.

Furthermore this year London Throwdown and Gym 1971 will support The Royal British Legion by donating 10% of profits to the poppy appeal. We will also be donating a further 10% to UnitedweConquer who will divide the money between charities CALM and Braintrust.
