CrossFit DeltaFox presents The Lancashire Championships 2022. Going back to our roots of a Same Sex Pairs, 2-day Functional Fitness Competition set in the heart of Lancashire at the recently refurbished CrossFit DeltaFox. Our event is completley inclusive which is showcased throughout our 4 Athlete Divisions of RX, Intermediate, Beginner, and Masters 39+. To give you an idea of how to choose the right division for you, here is a quick guide.

RX - If you would participate in the Open at RX, this scale is for you.

Intermediate - If you are able to complete most movements and prescribed loads at your affiliate, this is the scale for you.

Beginners - If you would participate in the Open at Scaled and feel challenged, this scale is for you.

Masters 39+ - If you find yourself able to complete most Open workouts at RX, yet you don't want to compete against RX athletes this scale is for you.
