Literally 2 years on after a global melt down we happy to release sign up for The Ministry Winter Games 2022!!

YES!!

This year we’ve spread the event over 2 separate days incorporating both an RX day (Saturday 19th) and a Scaled day (Sunday 20th).

We will once again structure an event around our unique Ministry Gym programming, mindset and training methods and the workouts and training methods of Gym Jones. This ethos and the demanding engine based workouts will be slightly adapted for competition standard both RX and Scaled.

The event will be comprised of 3 physically demanding workouts with an added mental toughness twist based alternately on Strength, Cardio and Power Endurance.

Mixed pair categories, non-technical and focused on overall functional fitness & endurance. Bring an open mind and remember its winter!

The final being held late afternoon incorporating all functions.

Power Endurance, Cardio and Strength.

The games will take place as follows;

RX Saturday 19th February from 9am – 5pm

Scaled Sunday 20th February from 9am - 5pm

Venue - The Ministry Gym

An Open event for mixed pairs.

We are limiting the Winter event to 16 pairs per day.

This wont be like any other event so come prepared body, mind and soul.
