Same sex pairs competition taking place at Vorto Fitness in wolverhampton (Spring Edition) - 24th April 2022. The gym will be used as the workout area with a large outside marque for spectating, warming up and waiting in-between events. Live music alongside a great day with fantastic prizes, food and awards on the day!

Front Squats (70/47.5)

C2B/T2B/KIPPING HSPU (at least 1 partner)

All DB Movements with 22.5/15kg DB (Both partners)

Sandbag Carry - 60/40

Ability to perform max oly lifts to own ability

Scaled:

Front Squats (50/32.5)

Partner assisted pull ups 'or' normal pull ups/Knee raises (at least 1 partner)

All DB Movements with 15/10kg DB (Both partners)

Sandbag Carry - 40/30

Ability to perform max oly lifts to own ability

Expect 4 Workouts on the day (These may be released prior to the day so follow us on instagram to keep an eye out - @Vortofitness)
