Any attempt to bend the rules or complete a non standard movement or use no standard equipment will incur a major penalty and you will be heavily penalised. If you are completing this workout by being judged in person, then you must retain your scoresheet as we will be randomly selecting athletes to prove their scores and will be requesting ALL top athlete scoresheets. Failure to have proof of your score will result in a DNF and you will score 0 for that event. A concept 2 rower must be used for this workout.
Movement standards:
The athlete must complete Part A and Part B of workout 2 on a rolling clock, so before you start you must begin a 20 minute up timer. At the beginning of the workout the athlete must start sat on the rower, feet strapped in with the handle in the cradle (clip that holds the handle). After the clock starts the athlete may take the handle and complete their 1000m row. The score you will log is the score shown on the rower screen, as it will stop when you get to 0m. The athlete will then rest until 08:00 when Part B will begin.

NOTE: This workout begins after WOD 2 Part A, when the clock hits 08:00.
For max weight in a 12 Minute window athletes must find the following for max weight (Kilograms):
The score for this workout is the weight for both lifts combined (example: 50kg OH squat + 130kg 3rm deadlift = 180kg score).
NOTES: This WOD must either be judged by a Certified CF judge or by a certified CrossFit trainer (minimum CF-L1). If you do not have a judge you must record your workout ensuring the following:
Any attempt to bend the rules or complete a non standard movement or use non standard equipment will incur a major penalty and you will be heavily penalised. If you are completing this workout by being judged in person, then you must retain your scoresheet as we will be randomly selecting athletes to prove their scores and will be requesting ALL top athlete scoresheets. NOTE: Barbells must be 20kg for males, 15kg for females and the plates allowed for this workout are 25kg, 20kg, 15kg, 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.25kg. The athlete must load their own barbell. The athlete can NOT load the barbell until after their row, but CAN load it before the 08:00 mark. You may only use one barbell for this event.

The score for this workout is total burpees completed (example: 11 in round one, 9 in round two, 7 in round 3 = 27 reps score). You can either set 3 x 4 minute intervals for this or an up timer working 0:00-3:00 , 4:00-7:00 and 08:00-11:00 on the clock.

For those of you that finished top 20 in your category for the Eagle Throwdown Online Qualifiers, you should have received an invite to the live finals via email. Please note that you had 3 days to accept or decline your ticket from Monday morning, so today is your last chance to sign up!
If you are in an RX category and got a Scaled offer by mistake, please click accept anyway as it should take you through to the correct ticket.
For those of you sitting just outside the bubble keep an eye on your emails as the second wave of invites will be going out tomorrow once the first wave has passed it's deadline!

Just a reminder that all scores must be submitted by midnight tonight (Sunday 30th October). Please note that no submissions will be accepted after this time.
We hope that you've enjoyed the qualifers, even Eagle 3 with all those burpees...
Once the submission deadline has passed we will begin reviewing videos and requesting scoresheets. Please ensure that if you used the video option your video is set as ''UNLISTED'' and not ''PRIVATE'' so that we can view it when we click on your link.
Qualifier results will be finalised by Sunday 13th November and invites to the live finals will follow. We will also announce the qualifer winners and gym with most sign ups and get the awesome prizes sent out!
It's been amazing to watch so many of you throwdown this season and witness our amazing community out in full force. Thanks to each and every one of you for taking part!

When will the leaderboards be live?
This event is a closed leaderboard, therfore no scores will shown until after the submission deadline has passed. This means you can upload your score without anyone else knowing (until it's too late).
Can I have an extension on the deadline?
Unfortunately this is not possible. All scores must be submitted by midnight on Sunday the 30th of October, after this time you will not be able to submit any more scores.

Full workout descriptions can be found on the workout section of our event page on Throwdown Hub. Supplementary demos and movement descriptions can also be found on our Facebook and Instagram posts and Instagram stories.

Hello athletes,
The Eagle Throwdown Qualifiers go live in just 2 days!
This Thursday (20th October) we will release all 3 qualifying workouts. Here are the release times:
You will have 10 days to complete and submit your scores. The submission deadline is midnight on Sunday the 30th of October.
This year you can use an app like WeTime or WodProof and upload your video to a streaming site (like YouTube) and share the link to your UNLISTED video on Throwdown Hub when submitting your scores, or you can be judged by a certified CF Judge or CF Trainer (minimum CF-L1). The scoresheet links will be released once all of the workouts are live.
If you are using the judge option, you must retain your scoresheets as we will be requesting proof at random (image of your scoresheet) and will follow up with your judge/ CF trainer if needed. We have introduced this option to make the qualifying process more simple for those that don't use timing apps and expect you all to use your integrity and uphold the highest standards when completing the workouts.
NOTE: All winning scores must have videos for proof. No winners prize bags will be sent without VIDEO PROOF. If you think you could be near the top of your category, we recommend using the video option.
More information on movement standards will be available here on Throwdown Hub once the workouts have been released, with supplementary videos on social media. You must read the workout information, movement standards and watch the movement demo videos before completing the workouts. For all of you box owners out there, these tests will fit perfectly into your classes, so we recommend keeping Mon/Wed/ Fri free of workouts if you want to program them and you'll have some nice, balanced WODS for the week!

Qualifiers drop in just one month!
Are you ready?
Don't forget to share the event info with your gym owners and training buddies so you can all throwdown together and battle it out on the leaderboard! We'll be releasing all of the workouts on the same day so you'll have plenty of time to schedule them into your training and for all the gym owners out there, into your weekly classes! The qualifiers will drop on Thursday the 20th of October and you'll need to submit all scores by midnight the following Sunday (30th).
Don't forget that Raze Strength will be awarding the gym with the most signups the awesome prize of a full olympic barbell and plate set! Add this on to being able to throwdown in the comfort of your own gym, prizes for all top finishers in each category and the chance to qualify for the LIVE FINALS in January and there's plenty of reason to get involved!

Firstly a HUGE thank you for signing up to the The Eagle Throwdown 22'-23' Online Qualifiers!
With hundreds of athletes already signed up and more joining daily it's set to be even bigger than our first year! This means more competition and a bigger vibe in even more gyms throughout the UK and beyond!
It is now less than 2 months until we release this year's qualifier workouts and we're excited to show you what we have in store for you! We listened to all of the feedback from last year and are crafting a more rounded, more challenging range of qualifying workouts for you to get your teeth stuck into.
We've made a slight change to the qualifying process this year, meaning you will now be able to use a CF certified judge or coach (minimum CFL1) to judge and verify your score OR an online video submission. We understand some people struggled with the online video submission system last year so hopefully this makes it easier for some of you this time around.
As well as this, RAZE STRENGTH are generously offering a HUGE PRIZE worth over £800 to the gym with the most sign ups, so make sure you get your box mates signed up too and let your gym owners know!
