This mixed-sex three’s competition in which any combination of male and female teams will be allowed – 2 Males + 1 Female or 2 Females + 1 Male.

Workouts will be programmed considering your team's makeup. So grab your teammates, any teammates and enter today!

12pm – 6pm on Sunday, December 12th

This is an ‘inclusive’ event which, to us, means the movements and workouts are accessible to people of most abilities.

Don’t expect an easy day!

Do expect to have a great time doing some fun PE in a buzzing comp day environment.

And regardless of whether this is your first competition or your 20th – you will be tested by some well-rounded fitness tests!
