Now that the distancing rules have been relaxed, we are ready to host our Autumn ’21 Same Sex Pairs Throwdown, giving you the chance to team up with a training buddy to showcase your combined fitness! The Throwdown is inclusive with all workouts scaled appropriately, presenting a challenge for athletes of all abilities.

Dates for the calendar:-
Saturday 2nd October - Female RX and Scaled Pairs
Sunday 3rd October - Male RX and Scaled Pairs
Scaled movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- 20/30kg Thrusters, 3/6kg Med Balls and 10/15kg Dumbbells
RX movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- Pull-ups, Double Unders and 15/22.5kg Dumbbells
* Workouts will be released prior to the Throwdown to ensure you are comfortable with the movements and weights *
* For those that were due to attend the Spring '20 Throwdown that was postponed due to the COVID Lockdown, you will be contacted separately with instructions how to transfer your place to this Throwdown *
