Casual Throwdown is the most fun online competition ever created - according to us… Last year we had over 300 people participating in our competition from 17 different countries and hopefully we can beat that now in season 2. Our goal is to give our competitors fun and challenging workouts and at the same time give you a lot of value back for your money.

More specifically, it is:

• An online team competition (2&2) for all athlete levels. There will be a standard and a scaled option to choose from on each workout.
• All team compositions are allowed (m/m, f/f, m/f) and will compete in our three different classes. Masters (40+) will have less weight on some workouts.
• A unique 2-weekend format with workouts released on Thursdays and completed before Sunday evening much like the Open. We will have 3 workouts on the first weekend and 2 workouts on the last weekend.
• An amazing webpage & leaderboard structure developed just for this competition.
• Winning team in each class will receive an Eleiko barbell and there will be a lot of other prizes and giveaways as well during the competition from our great sponsors CLN Athletics, Burpeeshop and Probrands.

For only 40€ per team you will get a spot on this years competition. The competition spans between 19th-29th of August 2021.
