Who grabbed an ERG during lockdown? Well now you and a team-mate can show us all of your gains in person!

Test yourself against Concept2’s full range of ERGs; row-erg, ski-erg and bike-erg (as well as a couple of surprises on the day!), in same sex or mixed pairs.

This event is held at Staffordshire County Showground during a weekend long festival of fitness to include; ERGCOMP Individual Rowing (Sunday 25th July - sign-up also!), Battle of Britain (CrossFit competition) and Flaming Skull (Masters & Teens CrossFit).

Compete in 4 exciting events, pushing the boundaries of broad fitness by testing all modalities; power, endurance, all-round fitness, tactical execution, teamwork and technical ability.

Workouts have been devised for release in the build up to the event and we promise they'll be in an exciting format for competitors and spectators alike!!

8:00am to 6:00pm
