BFMG Jailbreak Tour is Part Of The Solution! 

The competition will take place over the course of one day and will be for same sex pairs. We will have two categories; Scaled and RX. 

Scaled: Whether you've done functional fitness for 2 days or 2 years we want you to get involved. There wont be any advanced movements or gymnastics in this category, just lots of fun!

RX: For the more experienced athlete, some heavier weights and slighlty more advanced movements. You know the drill.

This a direct entry competition, with no qualifiers. 

This is a non-profit event, all profits made on the competition will be going back to your gyms!

Spectator tickets are free (but please still register for one!) however, as we are working alongside Part Of The Solution all donations are welcome on the day.
