CrossFit Haywards Heath in Sussex are hosting their first Summer Throwdown. In the heart of Rural Sussex, 15 Minutes from Brighton its the perfect location to make a weekend of it!.

10th - 11th July 2021 same sex pairs offering RX and Scaled.

10th July will host our female same sex scaled and RX competition.

11th July will host our male same sex scaled and RX competition.

We are lucky to have 4,500sq foot unit and 15 acres of green field to play with so we hope to be able to bring some real verity to our WOD's (weather depending).
