The very first Midlands Fitness Games opens with mixed teams of 4 (MMFF).

Bringing you 4 categories to accommodate for all abilities. Rx/Intermediate/Scaled/Masters.

Held at the amazing Lady Eastwood Centre @ The Newark Showground. 1400 sqm of space, which will include a custom 20 lane rig, brand new olympic barbells/plates and what will be an electric atmosphere.

Easily accessible, located just off the A1.
