Unit 3 Series is a 1 Day Same Sex 3s Comp, presented by Crossfest 

This 1 day event will be our summer instalment of Crossfest Unit 3 series! Our comp aims to provide an opportunity for athletes to compete as part of a team of three, in pairs and as an individual all within the same competition!  Many people would love to do an individual comp but are overwhelmed at the thought of having to jump straight into the spotlight!

With challenging workouts in both Scaled and RX categories, our resident DJ LOGUN curating the soundtrack and an atmospheric old cotton mill as the backdrop, Crossfest Unit 3 Series is set to go off and we’d love to see you there.
