Movement Standards (Open Division – Mixed 4’s):
All athletes should be capable of:
- Full Range Bodyweight Movements:
- Toes-to-Bar or Hanging Leg Raise (2:1 ratio)
- Pull-ups (for 2 athletes)
- Barbell Movements:
- Ground-to-Overhead 42.5/30kg (all athletes)
- Ground-to-Overhead 50/35kg (1 male / 1 female)
- Box Overs: 24/20 inch (all athletes)
- Dumbbell Movements: 22.5 / 15 / 12.5 / 10kg (1 dumbbell per athlete)
- Kettlebell Movements: 16 / 12kg (all athletes)
- Fundamental Movement Standards:
- Squats (hip crease below parallel)
- Lunges (knee to floor)
