Test your fitness at our brand new TPT Individual Throwdown!

We're taking over the amazing facility at Crossfit Lutterworth for an an electric day of competition. Check out the details below and grab your ticket, the quantity in each category is limited!

There are 80 athlete spaces available, over 4 categories: 

  • Scaled Females (20 spaces available)
  • Scaled Males (20 spaces available)
  • RX Females (20 spaces available)
  • RX Males (20 spaces available)

What to expect on the day:

  • 4 Scored events for all athletes 
  • Events will cover a range of training modalities, creating a well balanced test
  • Awesome event partners and podium prizes 
  • Welcoming and supportive community
  • Professional photography from the day

Movement Standards (Scaled categories)

  • The ability to complete all basic bodyweight movements (sit up, squat with hip crease below parallel, lunge with knee to the floor, burpee etc)
  • A proficiency in barbell movements like; front squat, clean and jerk, snatch, bench press etc. 
  • Kettlebells16/12kg
  • Wallballs 9/6kg
  • Dumbbells 15/10kg
  • Barbell cycling at 42.5/30 
  • The above are guidelines only to assist you in choosing the correct category, expect a wide range of movements on the day
  • This category is for beginner athletes that want to test themselves in challenging workouts without the pressure of high skill gymnastics and with lighter barbell cycling weights. 

Movement Standards (RX Categories)

  • The ability to complete all basic bodyweight movements (sit up, squat with hip crease below parallel, lunge with knee to the floor, burpee etc)
  • A proficiency in barbell movements like; front squat, clean and jerk, snatch, bench press etc. 
  • Kettlebells 24/16kg
  • Wallballs 9/6kg
  • Dumbbells 22.5/15kg
  • Barbell cycling at 60/40kg
  • Chest to bar (m)/ Pull ups (f) and Toes to bar (both)
  • The above are guidelines only to assist you in choosing the correct category, expect a wide range of movements on the day
  • This category is for athletes who can complete most workouts RX. It is also perfect for athletes wanting to push up to the RX level for the first time. Even if you class yourself as an intermediate athlete, this is the category for you, so long as you can do the movements listed above. 

In all 4 categories the workouts will be cleverly programmed to allow you to test your fitness to the fullest, without any curveballs that might stop you halfway through a workout (we won't throw 30 muscle ups into the middle of a workout, for example). 

This event is to be a fun, community driven and welcoming event, so sign up with your mates, cheer on your peers and bring all your friends and family down to enjoy the show, as spectators get in free!

On Sunday we launched our TPT Individual Throwdown and the response has been amazing! 

We have now past the 30% sold mark in just over 36 hours.

Our goal is to create a supportive and welcoming stage for you to come and test your fitness at one of the best gyms in the area, CrossFit Lutterworth! 

Thank you to everyone that has already registered, and to those of you that haven't yet signed up, secure your spot ASAP to avoid missing out!
