We're back at Vorto Fitness in Woverhampton with our Threes Throwdown this October!

What to expect?

• Open category is for any athletes aged 18+

• Masters Category is for any athletes aged 35+ (team age total must be 120+ years)

• Same sex teams of 3 event

• 4 workouts for every team 

• Inclusive, challenging and fun workouts 

• Masters workouts will be programmed specifically for Masters atheletes 

• Awesome prizes for all podium teams (seperate podiums for Open and Masters categories)

• Food and drinks available all day

• Multiple vendors/ event partners

• Professional photographs from the day

• This is a community driven, welcoming Throwdown!

Movement standards:

• This is an inclusive event accessible to most

• You will need to be able to squat below parallel and lunge knee to the floor

• A general understanding of Dumbbell, Kettlebell and Barbell movements is advised

• Any high skill or more challenging movements will have scaling options where needed so regardless of skill level, you will be tested and able to compete

• Any barbell weights will be light enough to be inclusive or chosen by you

• Whether you are new to training or a seasoned athlete you will be pushed hard on the day at our welcoming, community driven Threes Throwdown!
