Teams of 3 (Mixed Sex)

We will have 10 team spaces for the following categories:

RX - enter if you would complete the CrossFit Open at RX

Mixed - enter if you would complete the CrossFit Open at Scaled or Foundation

• 5 Workouts, 8 Minutes each with 4 minutes rest
• Incredible prizes for the podium winners
• Free for spectators
• Food and drinks will be available on the day
