Our FIRST event is LIVE!

Our internal event has now been tested and is open to gym goers everywhere!

Our team of 4 event combines a mix of modalities to test strength, skill and endurance and ensuring everyone has fun.

• Mixed Teams of any age.
• 5 Events on the day, each 8 minutes long
• Scaling options available to ensure every exercise is challenging yet accesible to all.
• Food and drinks will be available on the day
