We are hosting a fun competition to raise funds for one of own athletes Keira, who will be representing the UK at this years @crossfitgames in Michigan USA

Price - £60 per team

This will be a same sex pairs competition split into the following categories -

1) RX Male (same sex pairs) Category

2) RX Female (same sex pairs) Category

3) Scaled Male (same sex pairs) Category

4) Scaled Female (same sex pairs) Category

5) Teens Male 13-17 (same sex pairs) Category

6) Teens Female 13-17 (same sex pairs) Category

Movement standards for each category can be found within each division section listed on competition corner

The workouts will not be limited to the exercise examples, they are just to give guidelines for the movements that are likely to appear. 

Workout teasers will be released in the week leading up to the event
