The scaled event is ideal for someone who has never done a competition or only done a handful of competitions. 

The intermediate event is great for anyone who is new to adding in gymnastic and other skills into their metcons.

Women's Scaled:

• Barbell movements: 20-25kg
• Dumbbell movements: 10-12.5kg

Spectators can come for free, no dogs sorry. 

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer tickets if you can not attend.
