This scaled event is ideal for someone who has never done a competition or only done a handful of competitions. 

The price per team is £120 + booking fee. 

Women's weights: 

Barbell movements: 20-30kg 

Dumbbell movements: 10-12.5kg 

Men's weights: 

Barbell movements: 35-45kg 

Dumbbell movements: 15-17.5kg 

Location: Seven Movement, Pear Mill, Third Floor, SK6 2BP

Parking available 

Spectators can come for free, no dogs sorry.

Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer tickets if you can not attend. Just email us to let us know.
