As a well of a full day of fitness you'll find; food, drink and clothing vendors on the day so you can get some shopping done between workouts. Also, spectators get in free, so bring the family. Happy days!
Scaled categories:
- Full range of motion on bodyweight movements (knees to floor on lunges, hip crease below parallel on squats etc)
- Barbell movements at 40kg (Male) 25kg (female)
- Wallballs 9/6kg
- Kettlebell movements 16/12kg
- Dumbbell movements 15kg/10kg
- Hanging knee raises
- Partner assisted pull ups
- Single skips
NOTE: The workouts are not limited to the above, these are guidelines only to give you an idea of movements that are likely to come up.
RX categories:
- Full range of motion on bodyweight movements (knees to floor on lunges, hip crease below parallel on squats etc)
- Barbell movements at 60kg (Male) 40kg (female)
- Wallballs 9/6kg
- Kettlebell movements 24/16kg
- Dumbbell movements 22.5kg/15kg
- A proficiency in the majority of RX movements like: Pistols/ Toes to bar/ Pull ups/ HSPU/ DUBS etc (there's no guarantee that all high skill movements will come up, if you complete most workouts RX in your gym then this is the category for you, even if you don't quite have all of the movements).
- This is the ideal event for you if you're looking to compete in RX for the first time or don't quite have all the movements. If you're in between scaled and RX then jump in the RX category and you will have an awesome day!

Note: We operate a no refund policy. Should you not be able to make the event you can pass your ticket onto someone else to use if you wish.
Trans policy: When registering for a competition individuals should enter the category which matches their sex at birth. This applies to individual competitions as well us multiples such as single sex pairs, same sex 3’s and quad squad which requires 2 male and 2 female athletes. Scores and overall position within a competition will be calculated by birth sex rather than the gender competitors identify as, if these two things differ.
FOR TIME:
Note: Score is time, or reps completed if you hit the 8 Min cap. The weights/ movements in brackets are for scaled teams. DB's cannot be dropped and must be placed on the floor, any dropped DB's will be a 5 x burpee penalty for BOTH team members. Good luck!
6 Min AMRAP
2,4,6,8…..etc
Note: Score is total reps completed. Clusters are full squat clean from the floor + thruster for 1 rep. Barbells must not be dropped from above the knee, any dropped barbells will be 5 penalty burpees for both teammates. Athletes must be synchro chest and thighs on the floor for the BOB, then the rep finishes with each athlete on the opposite side of the bar. RX athletes must jump, scaled can jump or step.
The workout runs like this:
- 4 clusters
- 4 clusters
- 2 Synchro burpees over the bar
- 4 clusters
- 4 clusters
- 4 Synchro burpees over the bar etc (continue to add 2 reps on these each round)
Both athletes to find a max weight complex in 6 mins of:
Note: The athlete must stand tall to finish the deadlift then complete any style of hang snatch from above the knee, then after that rep is finished, complete one touch and go snatch without stopping on the floor. This workout starts after the 2 minute rest that comes after WOD 3 (when the clock hits 7:00). Score is each athlete's heaviest lifts combined in KG's.

2-2-2-3-3-3
NOTE: If you finish before the 5 min CAP then your score will be your time, if you do not finish, then your score will be reps completed.

We are now just a few days away from our annual Same Sex pairs event!
The event schedule is now live on the EVENT PAGE as is the leaderboard, which will update throughout the day of the event with current standings.
Please remember to only park in the allocated car park at the front of Stepnell House on Lawford road. If the spaces are full, please block others in but leave the entrances to the back of the building and the car park completely clear.
Arrival time for athletes is 0800-0815, please do not miss this window!

We hope you're good and ready for an awesome day of competition on the 21st!
We've planned some super juicy events for you, this one really is going to be fun......and maybe a tad painful.... (lol).
You may have noticed that the leaderboard is now live on the event page, we will also be releasing the schedule very soon, we're just waiting for the final few teams to complete their team registrations (if this is you please complete this step ASAP).

Parking:
Please park in the front car park at Stepnell House, Lawford road, Rugby, CV21 2UU.
Please do NOT block the entrance to the car park or rear entrance to Stepnell house. Please DO NOT park in the industrial estate or block any local businesses, these are in use every day of the week and incorrect parking causes issues for us and delays to the event.
Food and drink:
There will be hot and cold drinks, plus protein snacks etc available upon arrival and we are very excited to announce that Jack's Bakery and Santina's Woodfired Pizza co will be with us to keep you all fuelled throughout the day!
Vendors:
