SAME SEX pair competition split into the following categories -
1) RX Male (same sex pairs) Category
2) RX Female (same sex pairs) Category
3) Novice Male (same sex pairs) Category
4) Novice Female (same sex pairs) Category
Movement Standard Guide -
Minimum workout standards (please note, the movements below are just a guide)
Weightlifting requirements: Ground-To-Overhead: UP to 60/40kg barbells and single 22.5/15kg DB's, PLUS a max rep ladder barbell exercise (exercise tbc). Wallballs 9k/6k Kettlebells 24k/16k
Bodyweight requirements: Full range of movements, e.g. Lunges – knee to floor Squat – hip crease below parallel. Box jumps, Rower/Bike
Skills Double unders, Toes-to-bar
*One team member should be able to perform: Pull ups (any variation)
The workouts will not be limited to the above exercise examples, they are just to give guidelines for the movements that are likely to appear. If you can both do all the above and at least one of you can do pullups this is the category for you.

Skills Single unders.
The workouts will not be limited to the above exercise examples, they are guidelines for the movements that are likely to appear. If you can do all the above, this is the category for you. If athletes can complete the movements in the RX list, they should not enter this category.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all categories.
